AI Home Painter is an artificial intelligence-powered service that generates color visualizations of homes and interior spaces. The Service allows users to upload images and visualize different paint colors using AI technology.

3. User Accounts and Credits

• New users can try the Service after creating an account

• Credits are consumed when generating AI visualizations (1 credit per visualization)

• Your available credit balance is displayed in your account

• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment system

4. Payment and Billing

• Credit purchases are processed securely through Stripe

• All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law

• Prices are subject to change with notice

• We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure

5. User Content and Privacy

• You retain ownership of all images you upload to the Service

• Uploaded and generated images may be saved to your account so you can view them later

• We process images using OpenAI's image generation service

6. Acceptable Use

• You may only upload images you own or have permission to use

• Do not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service

• You are responsible for obtaining permission before using photos or results in client-facing or commercial materials

7. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

• AI-generated visualizations are approximations and may not be perfectly accurate

• Always test physical paint samples before making final color decisions

• Results may vary based on lighting, image quality, and other factors

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of color representations

8. Intellectual Property

The AI Home Painter service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of uploaded photos and generated results must respect the rights of others.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Home Painter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may terminate their accounts at any time, though unused credits are non-refundable.
